A Gentle Moment in a Corner of the City

Bu Ku Buff is a boutique coffee shop that has recently left a deep impression on me❤️ As soon as you step inside, although the space is not large, the warm wooden tones and soft lighting naturally slow your pace, inviting you to a little journey for your taste buds and soul😆

The café mainly uses locally roasted beans, offering a naturally rich coffee aroma. The staff carefully introduce the monthly limited single-origin coffee beans, each with unique flavors from different regions👍👍 This time, I especially tried the grapefruit cold brew coffee, which has a light fruity acidity and refreshing grapefruit aroma, cool and crisp—perfect for the hot summer days😚

As for the food, the focus is on Western-Japanese fusion cuisine✅ The variety is diverse and creative🤗 The must-try all-day breakfast is generously portioned, paired with fresh salad, milk-fried crab, teriyaki chicken steak, and Munich sausage. The texture layers are rich, and you can taste the care in every bite😚

Desserts are another highlight here❤️ All homemade with no shortcuts✅ For example, the beautifully plated triple berry waffle is crispy on the outside and soft inside, paired with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. The sweet and sour balance makes you want to keep taking bite after bite😚

The tiramisu cake is moist and delicate, with coffee liqueur permeating the cake, sweet but not cloying😋 The Japanese caramel pudding is silky smooth, with a slightly bitter caramel that perfectly blends with the egg flavor, leaving a happy aftertaste🌟
