This time I visited the Suki Kansai branch located in Tsim Sha Tsui ❤️ As soon as I walked in, I could smell the sweet and savory aroma of sukiyaki. The restaurant is clean and tidy, the stove heats up quickly, and you can start cooking shortly after sitting down 😚 This time, I tried two lean types of wagyu, each with its own character, perfect for me who recently wants to eat lighter and less heavy 😋

The premium lean sukiyaki set includes 120g of lean wagyu 😋 The beef has less marbling but fine fibers; lightly cooking it to medium-well makes it tender and not dry 🌟 The first taste is a subtle sweetness, followed by a rich beef aroma, clean and refreshing without greasiness.
