🍅Summer Tomato Festival! All-you-can-eat Sukiyaki in Causeway Bay🔥

This time I went to Niu Jin with my friends for Japanese hot pot all-you-can-eat! For $289/person, you can enjoy Australian Wagyu and Hokkaido Pork All-You-Can-Eat. The buffet area also has more than 30 vegetables, meatballs, Kanto soup and Japanese snacks, beer and Haagen-Dazs ice cream
In terms of environment, the shop is mainly designed in wooden Japanese style, with enough space between the seats, comfortable and not cramped. The location is super convenient, only a 3-minute walk from Causeway Bay Station, perfect for chatting with friends while having hot pot!
🍅 Summer limited tomato sukiyaki
The waiter will improvise the Australian Wagyu beef in an iron pan and pour the slow-simmered tomato sukiyaki sauce for 8 hours! The soup is amazing - the sweet and sour tomato flavor brings out the sweetness of traditional sukiyaki. The best part is that raw eggs are mixed with fresh tomato puree to make a dipping sauce, which makes the dishes more fresh and sweet!
🐮 Australian-produced premium long-grain-fed beef
The oil is distributed like snowflakes, lightly rinsed for 3 seconds and ready to eat, the beef is rich and tender, the meat is soft and tender to almost no need to bite, and after dipping in Japanese egg liquid, it shows a smoother taste!
🐽Hokkaido Shigen Dolphin
The meat is much more bouncy than regular pork, with a faint fresh flavor when you bite it, it won't be tough even after being cooked for a long time, and it unexpectedly goes well with the tomato soup!
