Three idiots go to Wan Chai to taste authentic Japanese ramen restaurant

Three idiots visited an authentic Japanese ramen restaurant in Wan Chai.

Three idiots will be attending the Food Expo 2025 at the Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition Center tonight. For lunch, they visited a Japanese ramen restaurant near Wan Chai that they've frequented for years. The broth is surprisingly rich and non-greasy, so I'd like to recommend it to everyone. The atmosphere is similar to a Japanese ramen restaurant, with spicy bean sprouts, white sesame seeds, and minced garlic seasonings available on the counter for customers to use freely. Free drinks include iced water and iced barley tea, which are very refreshing and refreshing in the summer.

Thick Pepper Chicken White Broth Ramen Set + Sea Urchin and Squid

The rich, peppery chicken broth ramen in a milky, foamy broth is rich and full of chicken flavor without being greasy. Four large slices of tender chicken breast are healthy and delicious, with a light touch of pepper enhancing the flavor. The soft-boiled, runny tamagoyaki egg is excellent, topped with a generous amount of black fungus and chopped green onions, making it incredibly filling.

The sea urchin and squid are a unique side dish at this restaurant, with a sweet and umami flavor.

Tonkotsu Ramen Set $110

The tonkotsu broth is rich, and the runny tamagoyaki egg is equally excellent. Two slices of chashu pork are served separately, topped with chopped green onions. The meat is balanced between fat and lean, and perfectly cooked. Perfect for sharing with friends.

Pan-fried Dumplings
One order of four pan-fried dumplings, with thin skin and filling containing chives and pork, is quite tasty.
