It’s a must to have dim sum whenever in Hong Kong. We check out Dim Sum Shing Yee in Tsim Sha Tsui since we were staying in Mondrian Hong Kong, which can be reached within walking distance. This dimsum restaurant serves a variety of steamed and fried dimsum menu items, rice, congee, noodles, vegetables, and tradition BBQ. The har gao was so nice! It was so plump with one whole fresh prawn inside!
