Halloween in Disney spooky moments

Hong Kong Disneyland recently opened a new restaurant called "Explorer's Club" in Adventureland. Inspired by the movie "Moana," the restaurant incorporates nautical and adventure elements into its design. The dining area is semi-outdoor with a roof for shade, but since it's not fully enclosed, there is no air conditioning. The menu features five set meals, kids' meals, and specialty snacks, all with Southeast Asian flavors.
I ordered 🍜 Seafood Laksa Noodle Soup (HKD 170)
The dish is quite rich in ingredients, including shrimp, scallops, squid, crispy noodles, and a Mickey-shaped egg. The soup base has a strong coconut aroma with a hint of spiciness, making it enjoyable without being overwhelming. Paired with rice noodles, the portion was more than sufficient.
For an additional HKD 58, you can upgrade your drink to 🏝 Island Special Drink. It's essentially a pineapple and coconut slush, offering a sweet and tangy refreshment perfect for beating the heat.
🍛 As for curry, there are two options, both served with Grandma's Special Fragrant Rice! This is Indian basmati rice mixed with almonds and raisins. Options include Massaman Prawn Curry (HKD 170) & Potato Ball with Lentil Curry (HKD 160).
Other dishes include Explorer's Grilled Chicken Leg with Grandma's Special Fragrant Rice (HKD 160) & Grilled Beef Steak with Sambal Fried Noodles (HKD 180). The former also comes with a marshmallow cookie.
In summary, among the five set meals, the beef steak is the least recommended in terms of price and taste. Personally, I highly recommend the laksa and curry series, especially for those who enjoy bold flavors.
