As a seafood lover, I recently visited Qianhai Seafood Hotpot at Tsuen Wan Plaza for a seafood all-you-can-eat buffet.

This Hong Kong-style hotpot restaurant, located on B1 of Tsuen Wan Plaza, specializes in freshly caught seafood and high-quality meats.

The restaurant is conveniently located on B1 of Tsuen Wan Plaza. The spacious and clean environment and comfortable seating make it a great place for friends or family gatherings.

The staff provide a sign for customers to catch their own seafood and hand it over to them for cleaning and preparation.

The prawns were particularly delightful, their heads brimming with fat and their meat tender and juicy.

· Clams: There are white clams, white clams, American clams, flower clams, and saber clams. Most are fresh and sweet, free of grit, and each bite is a delight.
· Other seafood: There are also flower snails, springy abalone, blue crab, three-spot crab, and flower crab. The crabs have a rich, fragrant roe and a firm texture.

The meat selection is also high-quality:
· Australian M5 Wagyu: Rich beef flavor, large cuts, and a perfect amount of marbling.
· American Beef Shoulder: Tender and generously portioned.
· Pork and Lamb: The pork is generously juicy, while the lamb is not overly pungent.

Deli & Grilled Food

The cooked food section offers a variety of options:
· Sizzling Foie Gras Toast: Thick, crispy foie gras, paired with toast, offers a rich, though somewhat greasy, texture.
· Grilled Oysters: Plump and smothered in garlic, the oysters are incredibly flavorful.
· Other options include Grilled Eel (delicious and tender), Sesame Chicken Wings (crispy on the outside, tender on the inside), and Lamb Rack (tender and juicy). For durian lovers, there's also a special roasted durian.

Desserts & Drinks

The dessert section features mini hard-boiled cheese tarts and macarons. For ice cream, Häagen-Dazs offers a variety of flavors, including limited-edition chocolate mochi and caramel mochi.

The beverage selection is extensive, including sodas and cold brew tea, plum wine, sake, and Apple Cider. The most unique feature is a self-pour beer dispenser.
