To get to the park, take the MTR on the Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay stop. Once you get off at this stop you just have to take the Disneyland Resort Line (with a Mickey train like Tokyo Disney) to get to the park. The journey from Hong Kong Island costs around HK$40. Since this is the smallest of all Disney parks in existence you can do the main attractions in one day (two days if you also want to do the shows). The attractions that I would definitely recommend would be "Winnie the Pooh" (a very cute dark ride), Jungle Cruise (a classic of American parks, unpublished in Europe) and especially "Mystic Manor" which is exclusive to Hong Kong park. Note that for Jungle Cruise there are two lines: one to make this attraction in Chinese , the other to make it in English (which is very useful, the interest of the attraction depends a lot on the humor of the castmember that accompanies you). Also to be done, the "World of Frozen" for now exclusive to Asian parks but which will arrive in a few months at Disneyland Paris. When it comes to catering on the park, you have quite a few choices. For my part, I was with the family at the Plaza Inn, a restaurant with table service where you can enjoy very good Dim Sum (please do not arrive too late because after a certain hour you can no longer order Dim Sum).
