The latest grilled fork at a barbecue restaurant in K11 Musea is really eye-catching! The black-haired pork fat char siu rice and the ecstasy "double" burnt-sided three-egg rice here are really the ultimate enjoyment for your taste buds!
### Black hair pork fat char siu rice
This dish is definitely my favorite! The meat of the char siu is very tender, and the outer layer is caramelized just right, giving every bite a rich aroma. The special sauce is sweet but not greasy, blending perfectly with the rich juices of the char siu. The rice grains absorb the essence of the char siu, soft and rich in elasticity, and taste great! Take a bite and instantly feel happiness!
### Sad "double" burnt-sided three-egg rice
This double dish is definitely the best choice for barbecue taste lovers! The crispy skin of the roast pork belly makes a crisp sound when you bite into it.
