Mong Kok's Unique Thai-Style Hotpot Buffet

Every time I pass by the 6th floor of Chong Hing Square on the elevator, I can smell the incredibly fragrant Thai hotpot and Tom Yum Goong aroma 🦐🦐. Finally, I made plans with friends to try it this time 😝.

The American premium chuck short ribs set, coconut milk Wenchang chicken pot, and Gym Gym self-service set are all very appealing 🤩. This time, I chose the American premium chuck short ribs set to enjoy some delicious beef 🐮! The hotpot buffet set B also includes an unlimited flow of shrimp, where you can cook live seafood right after catching it 👩🏻🍳. Additionally, there are various freshly made skewers 🍢 and Thai desserts 🍡 available!

We also added $68 for a dual-flavor pot, choosing lime coconut milk chicken soup on one side and the highly anticipated Thai Tom Yum Goong on the other 😍. Both broths were rich and flavorful, with the coconut milk chicken soup being creamy and nourishing, and the Tom Yum Goong soup being tangy and spicy ❤️🔥.

As for the beef, the Brazilian beef tongue, Australian chuck eye roll, premium selected brisket, and American premium chuck short ribs were all excellent 😍. Dipping them in the Tom Yum Goong soup made them even better!

Usually, they also offer unlimited flow shrimp, but unfortunately, due to the typhoon, there was no stock today. I'll have to come back for it next time 😋.
