The crab roe Inaniwa udon is rich and flavorful, with every bite bursting with umami. The chilled crab platter is the highlight, featuring meaty brown crabs and snow crab legs. On weekends, additional varieties like three-spotted crabs and flower crabs are available, offering a wide selection of fresh and sweet options.
