I've wanted to come here for a buffet since the Royal Hotel opened
Many friends and colleagues around me have tried and said it is very good
First time here I want to try the brunch for a little cheaper

✨Enjoy Weekend Buffet Brunch ($538)
During this period, we mainly eat the regular delicacies of restaurants
Focuses on freshly selected ingredients from all over the world/hydroponic vegetables/organic and sustainable ingredients
It can satisfy health needs while eating and drinking

The restaurant has multiple open kitchens and multiple ready-to-cook booths
Improvisational cooking for guests to ensure fresh preparation in addition
and can satisfy the visual and taste

A variety of skewers are available including chicken skewers / tomatoes / okra /
Sweet potatoes / corn, etc. have to go back every now and then to catch what wild food ~

- Cantonese style barbecue/Hong Kong style noodle congee with a variety of ingredients
- The medium soup is very rich with the taste of mother's soup
- Korean Kimchi Pork is not very spicy but crispy

🍨Special desserts
Homemade Italian ice cream/various cakes/Hong Kong style desserts/
Portuguese tart/fruit tart/passion fruit mousse
There are also 4 Häagen-Dazs ice creams available daily
I was glad to have hot tofu and strawberry layer cake at the buffet~
The dessert is quite surprising 🍓
