NOC finally opened in Lai Yuen Long! The semi-open shop is designed with the theme of new Japanese dry landscape, and brings in natural light from outside through floor-to-ceiling windows, providing ample lighting and a sense of space. NOC has always advocated green, natural and environmental protection, and the design of this new store is no exception.

Looking at the trees outside the window, taking a sip of the new Smoked Earl Grey Ginger Soda is very refreshing.
Try the new Seared Salmon Couscous. Couscous is a common type of couscous in the Middle East and is not often found in Hong Kong. Served with perfectly cooked salmon, it makes for a healthy and filling weekend brunch.

I was lucky enough to be a guest on the first day of opening, and there was also a Teemtonefai ice cream pop-up counter on site! Spend $100 or more and you can get a scoop of ice cream, which comes in two limited-time flavors - NOC House blend No.18 coffee flavor & egg tart flavor. The egg tarts have a very special flavor, with a light egg aroma and crispy crust, and the texture is first-rate!
