Using a ticket system, place the designated table card into the collection box, and staff will serve you promptly to save time. The Boston lobster is large and plump, with firm and chewy lobster meat, meaty claws, and flavorful lobster roe.

For chilled seafood, there are king crab legs full of ocean freshness; bread crab is tender and sweet with rich crab roe; white shrimp is smooth and bouncy; blue mussels are sweet and sand-free; jade whelk is fresh and crisp…

For oysters, the chef shucks fresh live oysters on the spot, which are tender with crispy edges and a strong seawater flavor.
