The filling is made with dark chocolate chips🍫 and has a bit of bitter caramel. The base is thicker and more solid with a hint of butter. The cheese flavor is strong but not too sweet😍The texture is a bit loose, so I think it would be better if it were a bit harder.

✨Lotus Biscoff $88
I really like the taste of caramel biscuits🍪The top layer is the original cheesecake with a bit of sourness🧀The bottom layer is the cheese filling made with lotus biscuits and made into a caramel biscuit flavor. It is not too sweet😋The texture of the base is smoother and denser.

Although they are both American cheesecakes, both flavors have their own unique taste and texture😍and are not too sweet. It is a surprise and makes me want to try all the flavors!
