🍜 Su Ma. Su Ma's spicy Mala afternoon tea

This time I would like to introduce Su Ma, which is located in Tsim Sha Tsui. Su Ma, I just happened to visit during afternoon tea time. They have A+B set menus, priced from $88, and there are quite a lot of choices.

A 🐮🌶️ Beef Rendang Lo Mein (Oil Noodles) $66
Although it is afternoon tea, the portion is very generous and at first glance it looks like the portion of a full meal. The beef rendang noodles have a Mala flavor. The beef is wrapped in sweet spicy sauce and garnished with dried fish. The meat is very delicious. The fried noodles mixed with rendang red oil have a great flavor, but the noodles are a little soft. Personally, I prefer noodles that are a little chewier. In addition to the oily noodles, there are also a lot of curry potatoes. This noodle is really very filling!

B 🍖 Mala Satay Skewers (Additional purchase price $22 for set meal)
A snack can be paired with two skewers of Mala skewers, which can be chicken, beef, or pork. Since beef was chosen as the main dish, chicken and pork were chosen for the skewers. Both skewers are hot and spicy, and the accompanying Malasata sauce is worth praising, as it contains peanuts and has a rich, sweet and flavorful taste.

🧋Iced Malaysian Teh Pulled Tea (set meal turned into a cold drink $5)
The iced tea pulled tea was a little disappointing. Since I ordered less sweetness, the tea flavor and sweetness of the whole cup were very light. Don’t drink the usual Southeast Asian-flavored milk tea.

🔸Summary:
The afternoon tea is quite filling, the noodles alone are enough to fill you up, the price-performance ratio is quite high, it is worth a try.
