which I must say offers a wide variety of dishes that are hard to find. 🍲✨
Plus, the flavors are delicious, well-balanced, and every dish is bursting with spices. 😋

🍴Today, we ordered the Thai set menu for 1,900 baht for two.
❤️ They offer a full range of savory and sweet dishes, including:
1. Grilled Chicken Korae - Grilled Chicken Skewers Topped with fragrant Songkhla-style spicy curry sauce.
2. Khanom Wak - Thai-style deep-fried stewed pork served with tamarind sauce and sprinkled with dried bonito flakes.
3. Yam Samoriang - Grilled Gulf of Thailand white shrimp served with peanut sauce and Pala-U pineapple sauce.
4. Cassia Crab - Grilled Cha-am crab served with Cassia tamarind sauce, a recipe from Ratan Restaurant.
5. Tom Kha Pla Salid - Pan-fried Bang Bo gourami served with Royal Project mushrooms, coconut milk, and young tamarind leaves.
6. Pad Liang Leaves - Stir-fried Liang Leaves with dried shrimp and glass noodles, a southern Thai dish with rich flavor and chewy glass noodles.
7. Turmeric Fried Mullet - Served with a spicy seafood sauce.
8. Fried Beef - Deep-fried Kamphaeng Saen sun-dried tiger meat served with shrimp paste, young peppercorns, and fresh vegetables.
9. Pajaree - Charcoal-grilled black pomfret with stuffed green chilies. Served with pineapple from Pala-u, curry from Pa-cha-ri, and biryani.
10. Pineapple from Pala-u - Pineapple sorbet sprinkled with dried shrimp powder.
11. Khanom Khe Man - Coconut pudding from Thap Sakae served with Chiang Mai coffee ice cream.

Seriously...just seeing the menu makes me hungry! I highly recommend it.
