The Barai: A Symphony of Flowers and Stars in Nature's Grandeur
The Barai is a renowned hotel in Hua Hin, located within the same grounds as the Hyatt Regency but entirely independent. It bears a striking resemblance to the Ritz-Carlton Krabi and the Four Seasons Chiang Mai River Wing (pool villa), likely sharing the same architect. Despite its vast area, the hotel features only 8 villas.
Villa - No. 3337 offers the best sea view and spans 150 square meters. The bathroom is the largest space, followed by the bedroom and living room. The design is stunning and grand, with the bathroom doubling as a steam room. The minibar is excellent and fully stocked.
Pool - Approximately 60 meters long, the pool is beautiful, serene, and tranquil.
Services - The butler service is exceptional, attentive, and caring from start to finish. The à la carte breakfast is delicious.
Highlights
Every corner, from the bathroom to the headboard, cabinets, lamps, lights, doors, and even the ceiling, is intricately detailed. The design connects elements of stars and flowers in various forms, with curved lines that evoke the feeling of being in a theater where silence echoes profoundly.
The swimming pool is a visual masterpiece, reminiscent of a meditative training ground in Marvel movies.
In summary, the rates are much lower than pre-COVID times, making it highly recommended. A three-night stay is ideal.
