Blu' Haus = Blue House, a new

Blu' Haus = Blue House, a new restaurant in Hua Hin, themed blue house, a house full of deliciousness. This restaurant is a small shop in a shophouse near Hua Hin night market. The shop front looks ordinary, but when you enter the shop, the decoration is very cute. It looks warm like being at home. There are beautiful photo spots and many Snoopy characters.
After ordering food, a welcome drink will be served. The food here is in East meat West style, both Thai and foreign. Every dish is rich and spicy. There is spaghetti carbonara with onsen egg, French fries, BBQ chicken wings, fried shrimp with chili and salt, 4 large shrimps, a full bowl of rice, and crab curry with cha-kram leaves + rice vermicelli, which is the shop's signature menu. The chili paste is homemade, very delicious, no kidding. Full of crab meat, in chunks. I must say that this menu is a must-try. The dessert is a young coconut croissant, delicious, slightly sweet, filling. Finish with a hot espresso. The coffee is very fragrant. They use a blend of coffee beans from Huai Nam Khun, Chiang Rai and San Antonio, Brazil.
In addition to the food on the menu, this restaurant also has a Chef's Table (like having a personal chef to cook for you) by Chef Ann, who has experience in famous hotel restaurants. For drinks, Kru Phi Ek has experience in mixing drinks for more than 15 years.
