When it comes to stinky tofu, I always go for the crispy kind that’s not so crispy and not very tasty.
I didn't expect this to change my mind so much.
Although the skin was not fried to crispy,
But the water retention of stinky tofu itself shocked me.
Paired with their unique white radish shreds and sweet and sour Taiwanese rice noodles,
Then I took a bite of the stinky tofu and the whole thing gushed out juice.
It was really delicious. I just finished a big bowl of noodles and side dishes, but I still ate the whole plate (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)

I still prefer soy milk.
