A local dish from Ganghwado, made by simmering pork kalbi, tofu, and vegetables in salted shrimp soup!
I heard that some restaurants have a strong salted fish smell,
but this restaurant didn't have that smell at all☺️🫶🏻

When I tried it, the salty flavor of the salted fish was thoroughly absorbed into the simmered vegetables and meat,
and it was really delicious🥹!
This hotpot was so delicious that it was competing for first and second place among the things I ate during my trip to Incheon... I wish it became more popular 🥹w lol
