I used Asiana BusinessSeat when I traveled to Europe.
If you buy a business seat, you can use the Asiana Lounge at Incheon Airport. In particular, the Asiana Lounge
has a shower room, so I was able to take a shower before a long-distance trip,
or if I sweat a lot, and board the flight neatly. If you show your business boarding pass, you can get a shower room key.
The shower room has all the basic amenities, so it was comfortable. After the shower, you can also have a simple meal in the lounge.
There is a buffet-style food and a variety of drinks and alcohol.
And, as expected of a lounge, there is a place to charge your phone and
comfortable seats, so it was a space where you could comfortably wait for boarding before the flight.
