A great place to enjoy a sweet bubble tea is Amasvin.

Located in Bupyeong Culture Street, it's easily accessible, so anyone who's been there even once will know about it. Plus, the drinks are delicious. If it were nearby, I would have made it my regular spot right away. It's a shame... ㅜㅜㅜ
