Recommended hotels in Tokyo, convenient for travel, near JR, SUBWAY, TX

Hello, I'd like to recommend a hotel in Tokyo that's reasonably priced and easy to get around.

This hotel is called the Akibahara Washington Hotel.
I booked this room for 22x on Trip.com. It's very easy to get to. Right across the street from the hotel is the JR Akibahara Station, and a short walk away is the Subway and Tx Express. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, like FamilyMart, Lawson, 7-Eleven, etc. The hotel also has parking, but it's charged per night or hour. Check-in is on the 3rd floor. Once inside, take the elevator to the 3rd floor.

I booked a semi-double room, non-smoking. The room wasn't very spacious, but I could only open one suitcase at a time. My suitcase was 28 inches, but I could open two suitcases, which might be a bit difficult to walk around. The bed, as the name suggests, isn't very wide—a semi-double, but two people wouldn't be cramped.
The room was fully equipped. Toothbrushes, towels, hair dryers, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and pajamas are all provided. Combs, razors, and other essentials can be found on the third floor, right at the check-in counter.
We stayed four consecutive nights. Every day, unless there's a sign outside the room, the housekeeper will come and change your pajamas, towels, and take out the trash. Alternatively, if there's a "no clean" sign and everything is cleaned, you can also post it outside.
The hotel has a washing machine and dryer on the third floor. Irons are also available for rent. You can leave your luggage before and after check-in, but I'm not sure about overnight storage.
The hotel's food didn't include breakfast in our room, but we wanted to try it, so we added breakfast on our last night. It was about 19 yen. The food was quite good.

The highlight of this hotel is the size of the bathroom. It's quite spacious, with a bathtub wide enough for you to stretch your legs. The cleanliness is good. The staff are friendly and speak English. It's convenient.
What I didn't like was the small size of the room, but it wasn't a problem because I understand that hotels in Tokyo have small rooms.
