Camel ride, spectacular mountain views, Leh Ladakh, Nubra Valley

At first, I was a little scared, having never ridden a camel before.
But as I started walking through the golden desert, the cool breeze blew through, and the Himalayas surrounded me…
It was so peaceful and beautiful.
The camels here are a two-humped Bactrian camel breed.
They're large, fluffy, and very well-cared for.
Sitting on the camel's back, enjoying the view along the way, was a wonderful experience.

Travel from Leh Ladakh

• Distance: Approximately 120–130 kilometers
• Travel Time: Approximately 5–6 hours (one way)
• Route: Via Khardung La Pass, one of the highest roads in the world (over 5,300 meters!)
