A bamboo forest path along the Katsura River that flows through the hot spring town of Shuzenji.

It's not a big place, but the way the wind blows refreshingly over the bamboo🎋 that stretches high into the sky is very atmospheric.

There are places to sit, so we spent some time relaxing.

There is also a foot bath and a place to buy souvenirs nearby.

There are also five bridges over the Katsura River that are said to make love come true. We recommend walking around these bridges as well!
