Aokigahara Forest is located in Yamanashi Prefecture
which is near Lake Kawaguchiko
and the famous mountain Mt. Fuji.
This is a deep forest with abundant nature.
It is another place that was formed by the eruption of Mt. Fuji 300 years ago.
And in the Aokigahara Forest area, there are also caves to explore
more than 200 caves, plus the weather is cool all year round.
Therefore, it is interesting for many hikers.

Another name for this forest is "Jukai"
or the Sea of Trees.
It is a forest with many trees and beautiful views.
Some animals that use the Earth's magnetic field to navigate avoid this forest.

• How to get there
By Retro bus, bus from Kawaguchiko Station, choose the green line 
which passes Lake Kawaguchiko and Lake Saiko
and get off at Fukaku Station (Fukaku Wind Cave) or choose the blue line 
to go straight to Narusawa Ice Cave. From Kawaguchiko Station, it will take 30 to 40 minutes by car.
