Jeju Island is a treasure trove of nature created by volcanic activity, and among them, we introduce Sangumburi, the only Maar-type crater basin in Korea.

When you enter the main gate, a wide stone-paved forest path unfolds, and if you walk a little up the path covered with reeds, you will soon reach the summit. Unlike other Maar-type crater basins, Sangumburi does not have a lake on the floor, which is said to be because the water drains well. The wide crater seen from the summit is truly spectacular.
When you come down, buy snacks or gifts at the souvenir shop, and have a cup of coffee (Americano 4,500₩) at the cafe located nearby. Highly recommended!!!
