When you enter Prive, you will see a space decorated with a Northern European sensibility. One wall is filled with guestbooks left by people who have visited here, and there are tables and chairs where you can sit comfortably. There are also window seats here and there inside, so you can feel the modern atmosphere with the sunlight coming in. Since the lighting is not yellow, you can take selfies or portraits naturally, and it is also good for taking pictures of hand-drip coffee or desserts. Prive operates as a cocktail bar from 7 p.m., so you can see many kinds of liquor. In addition to liquor bottles, there are also books on display, so it is good for reading, and it is a good place to stay in a quiet atmosphere during the daytime because it is quiet. There is an LP turntable in one space, and jazz and pop songs flow out, making the cafe atmosphere even more stylish. Another feature is that there are postcards and fountain pens at each table, so you can leave a guestbook. You can write a memorable phrase with those who came here with you. I ordered hand-drip coffee, panna cotta with homemade strawberry chocolate and pudding, and cherry velvet with velvet cake. The hand-drip coffee was brewed using a moka pot and had a sour flavor, so it was a good menu to drink in spring and summer. When you order coffee, a moka pot with water is provided, so you can adjust it to your taste. The cherry velvet latte used coffee beans that can be enjoyed at Jeju Yeondong Cafe Prive, and the rich and sweet flavor made me feel like it would completely eliminate fatigue. If you prefer sweet coffee rather than the usual bitter coffee, this is a menu I would recommend. Another attraction is that you can taste handmade chocolate. It boasted a more luxurious taste than the chocolate you can usually eat on the market, and the panna cotta with strawberry chocolate went well with the hand-drip coffee.
