Geumak Ttotttot Ramen, located in a small alley in Geumak Village, gained fame through television but still maintains its humble and cozy atmosphere. The Ttotttot Ramen we ordered this time was particularly appealing because of its broth. The base seemed to be a combination of pork and seafood stock, creating a deep and savory flavor. Generous amounts of garlic and green onions added a fragrant touch unique to Jeju. The broth was rich yet not greasy, offering a clean taste that made it enjoyable until the last bite. The noodles started off firm and chewy, gradually softening as they absorbed the broth, enhancing the umami with every bite. The accompanying Mom-bap (seaweed rice) contained mozaban, which imparted a subtle ocean aroma. When paired with the hot ramen broth, it provided a hearty and satisfying meal. The prices are reasonable, making it a great option for a light meal during your travels.
