Jeju Sehwa's Jjinjjin restaurant! Inson. There are two famous menus at Inson. The first is tuna sashimi. It's so popular that it's sold out if you go late. The second is mantis shrimp sashimi! This restaurant is famous for its fresh mantis shrimp sashimi that you can only taste in Jeju.

Mantis shrimp sashimi costs 40,000 won for 24 pieces, so it's good for 2-3 people. If you like mantis shrimp sashimi that has no fishy smell at all and is chewy, go early!!
