There is also an onsen and a shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station.

In the morning and evening, you can take a walk around Lake Kawaguchiko.
You can see Mount Fuji very clearly, it's absolutely amazing.

You can rent a bicycle, but we enjoyed walking around leisurely.
There are many restaurants nearby and a convenience store close by.
I recommend staying for 2 nights to fully enjoy the area. You won't get bored spending the whole day here.
