Jiaoxi Evergreen Resort Hotel Laurel Buffet Restaurant

I bought a meal ticket for the Laurel Buffet Restaurant at Evergreen Phoenix Hotel just as the weather turned cold.
I went to Jiaoxi to take a hot spring bath, so I came to unpack the Laurel Buffet in Jiaoxi
11/01~2025/01/26 is the Phoenix Japanese Season, featuring various autumn crab dishes
Carefully selected seasonal plump autumn crabs are available in steamed and various stir-fried flavors
The dining table is not big but the food is delicious
Freshly grilled steak, grilled oysters with grapefruit vinegar, hand rolls and
The fish ball spicy noodles and seafood miso soup in the freshly cooked area are both great
Another amazing thing is the dessert area with macarons, Mont Blanc and baked dumplings
There is also a ramen Mont Blanc, although it is a Matcha Brulee Mont Blanc
But there are a lot of diced chestnuts in it, which is also very satisfying
