We visited Tanghai Ancient Village on a quiet morning, and it immediately felt like time had slowed down ๐ก๐พ. The narrow stone lanes, old courtyard houses, and weathered wooden doors gave the village so much character. We wandered through winding alleys, passing by locals sipping tea or tending to gardens, all under the shade of tall, ancient Chinese scholar trees. The stillness and authenticity made every step feel special ๐ณ๐ชต.
As we explored deeper, we found hand-carved stone walls, small ancestral halls, and peaceful corners where light filtered softly through vines and tiled roofs ๐ธ๐. The scent of old wood, the sound of chickens in the distance, and the warm greetings from villagers made it feel like a living museum but without the crowds. If youโre looking for a slow, soulful experience surrounded by stories and simplicity, Tanghai Ancient Village is a true hidden gem ๐ฟโ.
