| Review of Three High-Value Hotels. For this family trip to Xishuangbanna, I carefully selected three hotels, all of which are highly cost-effective and family-friendly. Sharing my experience with you~

🏨 Crowne Plaza Xishuangbanna
Price: 540 CNY/night, stayed for two nights
Location: The hotel is a bit far from the city center and popular attractions, so transportation isn't very convenient. We mainly relied on taxis or ride-sharing.
Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped with amenities like a swimming pool, sandpit, slides, and other fun facilities that kids love—a true paradise for children. The breakfast offers a wide variety and tastes great. Although the rooms are a bit dated, they are spacious, clean, and come with a bathtub for a relaxing soak 🛀. In the evenings, there's a lively bonfire party, and kids can enjoy the dedicated craft area. In the afternoon, there's a bubble show at the pool, keeping the little ones entertained nonstop.

🏨 Jinglan Hotel (West Tower)
Price: 540 CNY/night, stayed for two nights (the East Tower is more like an apartment and cheaper)
Location: The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Starlight Night Market. Many popular restaurants are also nearby, making it super convenient—we tried the famous Chunmei and Wantai.
Facilities: The indoor children's playground lets kids have a blast. The hotel has multiple pools, including an infinity pool for great photos, a fun slide pool, a heated pool, and a separate hot spring pool, catering to all needs. The rooms are spacious but don’t have a bathtub. While the room facilities are basic, the lobby and breakfast area have a fantastic resort-like atmosphere.

🏨 Tixiang Resort Hotel
Price: 270 CNY/night, stayed for one night
Highlight: We stayed in a cave-themed room, which was incredibly unique—it felt like living in a mysterious cavern. The pool is right outside the door, with free use of floaties and paddleboards, keeping the kids thrilled. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to attractions within Gaozhuang, so transportation is hassle-free.
Drawback: The breakfast selection is limited, and the dining environment is average.

Overall, each of these three hotels has its own strengths. Crowne Plaza Xishuangbanna offers rich facilities and activities; Jinglan Hotel boasts a prime location and diverse pools; Tixiang Resort Hotel is budget-friendly with its unique cave rooms. You can choose based on your needs~
