This city's hidden secret spot is absolutely amazing! Visiting the dawn redwood forest in Dashikan, Yongkang, Jinhua in late autumn feels like stepping into a natural oil painting~ The best part is fewer people, beautiful scenery, and it's free!

Best viewing period: Mid-November to early December (We went on November 20th, and the leaves were already fully red)
Photo time: Recommended early morning 7-8 AM or late afternoon 4-5 PM (The lake reflections at dusk are simply stunning; bringing a reflector makes photos even better)
Outfit tips: Suggested to wear beige/white tones to create a gentle contrast with the red dawn redwoods (Saw a girl wearing Hanfu for photos, the effect was super stunning)

🚗 Practical tips
1️⃣ Dashikan is about a 1-hour drive from the city center; self-driving or chartering a car is recommended (navigate to "Yongkang Dashikan")
2️⃣ The forest floor is slippery, so wear non-slip shoes! Stay away from dangerous areas near the lake when shooting
3️⃣ The high-speed train from Jinhua Station to Yongkang takes only 15 minutes; for those without a car, a combination of high-speed train plus taxi works well

Four Seasons Yijing Hotel is truly a treasure we discovered this time! With prices over 200 RMB and such service, the cost performance is amazing~ For friends wanting to photograph the dawn redwoods, staying 2 nights is recommended; after shooting during the day, soaking your feet when you return is incredibly comfortable!
