Jinju's Beautiful Lantern Festival Guide

Jinju Namgang Yudeung Festival (Jinju Fortress + Namgang Riverside Area)

The grand Yudeung Festival held annually in Jinju! This year was incredibly popular as well. When the Yudeung Festival takes place, you can also enjoy a drone show and fireworks festival. Check out these tips and make sure to visit next year! ☺️

- Namgaram Park Observatory next to Jinju Bridge (Photo 2)
- With the Wishing Lanterns (center stage next to the Hamo Lantern on the left, Photo 1)

🎆 Recommended Spot for Drone Show:
- Since the drone show is directed opposite Jinju Fortress, you can get a front view from the bamboo forest path inside Namgaram Park! Avoid setting up in too high an area as trees might block your view. Staying lower might be better.

Also, I highly recommend boarding the Kim Si-min Ferry. While you can book online, same-day reservations are not available. For same-day tickets, you can purchase them on-site. Even if your desired time slot is unavailable, there are usually spots available on-site. However, make sure to arrive around 3-4 PM to secure an evening slot!

Kim Si-min Ferry No. 1 offers the best views, and if you board the 6:30 PM slot, you can enjoy both the sunset and nightscape. It's stunning! ❤️
