Corn Ribs Stole the Show at Manzanita Bukit Indah!

First Visit to MANZANITA PÂTISSERIE & BOULANGERIE (Bukit Indah Outlet) Tried this cafe for the first time and here’s how it went:

We ordered the Fish & Chips, but sadly it didn’t impress. The portion of fish was small, the batter was way too thick, and to make it worse… we found a bone! Definitely a miss for us on this dish.

On a brighter note, the Clams & Garlic Aglio Olio was a winner. It was flavourful, cooked just right with a full touch of olive oil. A simple dish done well.

The standout dish for us was the Golden Corn Ribs, woah absolutely delicious! Loved the smoky BBQ seasoning. I requested for no cheese sprinkle (I don’t eat cheese) and it was still bursting with flavour. Highly recommend this one.

For drinks, I went with the Manzanita Mojito Soda (less sugar) and it was light, refreshing, and not overly sweet and very perfect for a hot day.

Didn’t get to try the desserts this round, but the selection looked tempting. Definitely planning to come back to explore more of their pastries and cakes next time!
