A couple of weeks ago, when the Piala Malaysia (JDT vs Kuala Lumpur) was held at Stadium Sultan Ibrahim, Johor, I went to Johor Bahru to join my local friends for the match.

I decided to stay at Millésimé Hotel Johor Bahru, which is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the stadium. This affordable hotel occupies a sleek modern building within the Afiat Healthpark medical complex.

The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, minibar, and tea and coffee-making facilities. However, the overall maintenance and cleanliness could have been better.

The front desk staff were friendly, and the buffet breakfast was simple but satisfying. Parking is complimentary. Other amenities include a chic cafe, a casual tapas bar with a terrace, an outdoor pool, and a fitness room.
