A Broth Flavor Too Good to Keep to Yourself: Gaehangmyeon

🤍 Gaehangmyeon
🤍 No parking available
🤍 No baby chairs, but baby utensils are provided
🤍 The restaurant has relocated to the busier Chinatown area. I have a feeling it will soon become a popular spot. I tried their signature dishes, Onsumyeon (hot water noodles) and Chamnamul Suyuk (boiled pork with chamnamul). The Onsumyeon features a rich, milky beef bone broth with perfectly balanced seasoning. Adding rice and a spicy kimchi side dish to the broth made it so delicious that I finished every last drop.
The Chamnamul Suyuk was a standout thanks to the chamnamul (Korean parsley) and its yuzu sauce, which perfectly cut through the richness of the pork, creating a harmonious balance of flavors.
The interior of the restaurant is not very spacious. The first floor has counter seating, while the second floor has about six tables for four people each. However, the tables felt a bit closely spaced.
