Kaiping Diaolou Free Tour 💕 Zuzhai Village

#朱海景点 After visiting Jiangmen’s market street and the Kuangbiao check-in point, we went to Kaiping Diaolou.
It is very artistic and full of history.

The houses built by early overseas Chinese from Southeast Asia are a combination of Chinese and Western styles. They are anti-theft and anti-flood, and have a history of hundreds of years. Although some walls are damaged and faded, one can still feel the grandeur of that time. Some roads have been renovated, and walking on the road full of watchtowers is a unique experience.

We went to Zuzhai Village and many scattered small villages near Zuzhai Village. All of them are free and you can spend an entire afternoon strolling around, leisurely as if we were children when we went to my grandmother's house during the summer vacation, wandering through the alleys.

Transportation: I drove here with my friends. It takes about an hour and a half from Guangzhou. It is recommended to drive by yourself as there is a certain distance between the watchtower groups. If you don’t drive, you can also take the high-speed rail from Guangzhou, which takes about an hour.
