[Ishikawa] Snow-covered 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa

Traveling to Hokuriku in winter is heavily dependent on the weather. Even though the Hokuriku Shinkansen is resistant to snow, sightseeing still tends to be slow.

The 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art is just over 10 minutes by bus from Kanazawa Station. The bus stop is very close, so we were able to get there without any trouble even though the ground was poor.

The day we visited was a sunny day between heavy snowfall. We could see both the snow and the blue sky, and enjoyed the exhibitions in the free area in a different atmosphere than usual. Since the building is open and made of glass, we were lucky to be able to enjoy the exhibitions and snow scenery from the bright interior on this day.

Depending on the situation and the exhibition, you may need a ticket with a specific date and time, so be sure to check the website in advance.
