Tonight I dined at Yangcheng in Kaohsiung and ordered the Kung Pao Chicken Pasta and the Spicy Bacon Pasta. The pasta at Yangcheng was chewy and a bit firm, which I found quite satisfying. It's a bit different from other pasta places! It was a bit surprising! Both flavors were incredibly flavorful and above average! I also ordered the sweet potato and fried chicken wings as side dishes. The Thai chicken wings were particularly impressive. They were fried to perfection and paired with the perfectly spicy and sour Thai sauce. It was a perfect combination and incredibly delicious! Finally, I wanted to share the ambiance. The dining environment was very comfortable, and the wait staff were very attentive. Overall, it was quite good! The price per person is about $300. If you add a set meal, it will be $118 more, and you can get more bread, soup, salad, etc.!
