Linquan Street in Kaohsiung is a foodie paradise. This time I went for some delicious ramen. This place, called Takizawaken Shokudo, specializes in ramen, but they also sell rice dishes, like char siu rice. I personally recommend the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen. It's delicious, with a strong flavor, and it's incredibly satisfying. A must-try for those who enjoy strong flavors! The portions are available in standard and extra-large sizes. I'm more of a carnivore, so I absolutely love the meat, hahaha. Of course, it also comes with vegetables, boiled eggs, seaweed, and other toppings, all very flavorful! The restaurant's decor is Japanese-style, small and cozy!
