The hot pot at Sanduo Road (Chef Tang). The ingredients are fresh and the spicy melon seed sauce is a must. Today I went to the HOTEL COZZI to meet Dr. Sun who came from Taipei to Kaohsiung. We went to a nearby hotpot restaurant (Chef Tang) for lunch and ordered the main dish (double beef). The rest was a self-service vegetable counter where you could help yourself. There were many varieties, including Chinese chrysanthemum, cabbage, tomatoes, rice blood cake, tempura, black fungus, and a pot of spicy braised melon seeds and meat, served with rice. I ate two bowls in a row. Prince noodles, vermicelli, 4 flavors of ice cream, 5 drinks for self-service. Convenient transportation. No afternoon break. Convenient for everyone to eat. Worth recommending
