[Karuizawa] Innovative course dinner at a hotel 🍽🍷✨

Dinner during our recent hotel stay in Karuizawa ✨ We had a course meal at Dining Bloom at Karuizawa Prince Hotel Asama. 🤗 While it's a Western-style restaurant, they also offer a Japanese-style course, and we chose the Asama Japanese course! The menu offered innovative dishes that were beyond our imagination, and it was a delight. 😳💓 While the meal was primarily Western, the final dish was rice, miso soup, and pickles, which was very comforting. It was a meal that was not only delicious but also tactile! The dessert was especially impressive, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the dish. 🙌 The high ceiling and glass front create a very open and airy atmosphere, which was a great plus. 😌 The staff were also incredibly friendly. ✨
