Bamboo Grove Handmade Soba Restaurant - Located on a hill overlooking Lake Teganuma

"Takeyabu" with its main store in Kashiwa, Chiba is definitely worth a visit!

When I first saw it, I thought it was a very mysterious space, and it's a soba restaurant that seems to come out of the world of Ghibli!

It has a panoramic view of Lake Teganuma, so you should definitely go there!

It's also Instagram-worthy, of course!

It is a place where Abe Takao, the previous owner of "Takeyabu", confronted soba, and is a truly handmade "hut" engraved with memories of his life. The roof is covered with old tiles that are said to be based on the Château de Cheval in the village of Hauterive in France, and the design is interesting from the approach with broken plates and marbles embedded in it to the interior of the store.
