Access: Approximately a one-minute walk from Sawara Station (it's right next to the station, so close)

Pros:
* Excellent location, just a one-minute walk from the station and a 7-11 nearby
* Affordable, good value, and overall feels quite new
* Free breakfast, and the dishes are quite good, not the same every day. The hotel's own restaurant is also quite delicious
* Free hot springs, perfect for relaxing after a day of walking
* The bed was comfortable, not too soft
* Friendly staff
* Close to the Sawara Tourist Information Center, where you can rent bicycles
* It's not a long trip from Sawara to Katori, Kashima Jingu Shrine, and Choshi

Cons:
* The room isn't very large, and the table isn't big either, so it might not be enough for two people.
* You can sometimes hear the sound of trains (but after late at night, the traffic is quiet, so it's not a big deal).
* There aren't many places to eat nearby on Sundays, and the hotel's own restaurant is closed.
* It's a bit far from Sawara's old town.

Overall Review:
Great value, convenient transportation, and impeccable facilities. I'd definitely stay here again if I needed to stay overnight nearby.
