The Agena Shipyard, primarily responsible for the construction and repair of medium- to large-sized vessels, was a landmark industrial facility for Keelung Port in its day.

However, with the gradual decline of Taiwan's shipbuilding industry and changes in maritime transport, this magnificent shipyard gradually withered in just a few decades.

After its abandonment, the remaining concrete walls and iron beams became the most vivid signs of its time—marks of rust, cracked ceilings, and clinging weeds, all bearing witness to a history battered by the sea breeze.
