Khao Thurian Temple, Pink Temple, Nakhon Nayok

Wat Khao Thurian is located in Khao Phra Subdistrict, Mueang Nakhon Nayok District, not far from Ganesha Park. It is a temple with a unique identity: the entire temple is painted pink, whether it is the ordination hall, the temple hall, the pavilion, or the Naga stairs, which are beautifully colored and different from other temples. This is the origin of the name, Wat Chompoo. Another highlight is the bathroom, which received the award for best toilet in 2009 from the Ministry of Public Health. The ordination hall is painted pink all over and is surrounded by a glass wall with green Naga serpents around the wall. Inside, there is a principal Buddha image that looks like Phra Buddha Chinnarat. There are murals of the life story of the Lord Buddha. #VisitTemple #Worship #PlacesToVisitNearBangkok #MissingForests #NatureTherapy
